If lakers fan dont see it then you are idiots.Lebron is more dominant and makes his team better.Lebron will get to 25K faster than Kobe unless he gets injured.Kobe is a great better but its obvious that at 25 lebron >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> kobe at 25 and 32 and he isnt even in his prime.Sorry but Kobe is just a little past his prime. this is james league now.
Even if lakers win today, they wont repeat. Its bad enough they have only 1 all star and they are best in the west.

That 'youngest to' record stuff is stupid because these guys like kobe and bron entered the NBA right out of high school

    Check seasons played/ games played.

and yeah, LeBron has already shattered every single kobe 'youngest' record so far, and he'll continue breaking all of them as he gets older

    LeBron > Kobe

I been saying it for years.

Don't penalize Kobe just because Jordan wasn't good enough to go pro from high school. , MJ was barely making his varsity team at the age Kobe was dropping on legends.
    come on. are you serious?

Agree with this. At the rate that Lebron is going, all the youngest crap achievements of Kobe will be surpassed. Statistically, Lebron will surpass whatever Kobe has reached. The only thing that is haunting him is his inability to win championships.

Once Kobe retires, the NBA will be Lebron's league whether we like or not

Who can seriously try to deny that LeBron is not the best player in the NBA today?

    It's plain as day.

At the end of the day Kobe has the better team. Whoever gets the last say in June gets the hype as best player in the league. Lebron was hands down the best player in the league last year but Kobe got the last say in June and now he gets the hype as "best player" which I don't believe is true but that's the way it is.

The fact is Lebron is going better and Kobe is going worse. That's the time. Kobe had his years,Shaq and Duncan too and now it's Lebron's time.

Even if someone still believe Kobe>LBJ that's not going to be forever.

Lebron is the present and the future of the NBA.

Lebron doesn't have the skills to sustain a high level of performance past 30. Once his athleticism goes so will his game. He better hope he can get a ring or two between now and then because he has about a 5 year window and it may be more like a 2 or 3 year window if the Lakers do what is expected of them over the next couple years.

As much as I am a Bron fan, I easily agree with this. Lebron will decline in his early 30's because he relies so much on his athleticism. He will need to add to his game to stay playing at a high level past 30.

He is a lot more skilled than you give him credit for. His passing has nothing to do with his athleticism.

He is not as "skilled" offensively, but he is not a scrub.

Most players show a clear decline in athletic ability after the age of 30. So Lebron has about 5 years left as a dominant player. He just doesn't have the basketball skills to be a top 5 player after the age of 30.

That's if Lebron doesn't work on his game between now and the next 5 years. And from what I've seen the guy has a high work ethic so I can't see him just sitting around and not getting better. He should be using that post game more and working on that. I don't remember him taking Artest in the post once tonight.

Lebron's court vision and passing skills >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Kobe's

That ought to help him past his prime, besides he will still have his big body and if he develops a post up game watch out.

Here are a few things no one can dispute: Kobe is the better ball handler, has a better post up game and is the better shooter...and so far is the better winner.

Sons seems like Lebron is a better shooter then Kobe these days..Hopefully that in finger heals soon cuz these 12 for 30 type of games are not doing anyone any favors.

He is. You just cant make any case anymore for Kobe.

Lebron has become the better shooter, he was always a better finisher, rebounder and playmaker than Kobe too. So really what else can you use against Lebron? That Kobe had 4 rings? Those 4 rings becomes irrelevant seeing as Bron is becoming better every season. Its only a matter of time before James gets a much more talented cast around him and starts a dynasty.

You are blind then. Kobe's handles are clearly better than Lebron's.
