I'd take my shirt off and start hopping around, but it just didn't seem that bad to me. Great dunk, and incredible ups, but I dont really see this as him ting on Dragic. I think the Boozer-Blair episode was much worse. When you get straddled by a grown man and then fall on the ground after he stamps his package on your face..I dont care if you were trying to block him or not, you just got abused.
Only pussies try to duck away from dunks. Sometimes the bear eats you.

Dragic was not in position to contest Rose's dunk.
This is why some players don't even contest stuff like that anymore. Because fans will go around saying "OMFG x DUNKED ON y" if the player tries to contest it, out of position and not his fault.
