Quit starting threads.
The Spurs since Duncan got here have been very conservative with their money but very successful, so much so they became a model blueprint for other teams in the league.
The first year they decide to open the wallet and we get probably the worst team in the Duncan era performance wise.

Quit starting threads.
What's funny is how everyone wanted the Spurs to quit being tight and to spend money.
Maybe we got what we asked for?
The problem with the front office is that they never adjusted their style..I'm not talking about the bull that the NBA has "evolved", it really hasn't..it's the same as it was when the Spurs were winning les from a stylistic perspective..
It makes sense to surround your core with old veterans when your core is young..when Duncan, Manu and Tony are in their primes, it makes sense to have old and experienced vets around them..but when the big 3 are getting older, you're supposed to start surrounding them with youth and athleticism to offset it..this hasn't happened..
Seriously. Stop starting threads. They are pointless.
Please stop starting threads?
Keep making threads...they are entertaining.
Honestly though, stop it.
But I've been asked to stop creating threads on a message board.
Next dude will ask porn stars to stop having set on porn sets.![]()

No, I am asking you to stop making threads. No one else.
Dude, can you back off, you're standing on my .
No. Whatcha gonna do about it brother?
Umm, it's a pretty nifty observation, if obvious. It probably deserves some discussion. Why is the most talented TD era team the least cohesive?
I would like you to do the opposite of make threads. Thanks.
Make more threads and then stop.
Are you the Hulkster?
And that's not going to happen so can you stfu? Please. Pretty please...
No, my penis is.![]()
So what...homers on this board were asking us to check the month anytime someone said anything negative about the Spurs over the last 3 months...where are they now?
Whoo hoo! Forum meltdown.
If I wasn't so pissed off, I'd be entertained.
Oops, meant THREADS not THINGS.
I didn't hate, but I definitely didn't think the Spurs would have not only shown zero improvement, but regressed. I'm still hopeful, but I'm having trouble doing more than identifying the problems and pondering their fix. Pop's the one in control and the players are the ones out on the floor and the refs are the ones calling fouls.
