Sounds like a somewhat serious sprained ankle based on what the reporter said..Tony's ankles(my name is Tony as well, no coincidence) are like mine, I sprain my ankle once a month..it's too difficult to tell if it's just a roll or a serious sprain at first, you can usually tell the next day..from the description, he'll probably be out a few weeks..
You can't tell how bad it is. Rolling your ankle after a sprain hurts like , but sometimes doesn't even swell up much. He could be back next game. You just don't know for sure.
