What the is this? A pep rally?
The presidency requires a myth of perfection, of absolute confidence. The great leader must stand tall.
What the is this? A pep rally?
Whut in tarnation are yew boys dewing?
Pretty much. But then so was the state of the union address. And pretty much everything else in politics.
The lady doth pretest too much, methinks.
Obama's predecessor pioneered the style of brazenness that Obama for his part can now take for granted and rely on in turn.
And remain regally oblivious, wholly at remove from the influence of the reality you and me live in, and even from the effects of his own actions within it.
We just went through eight years of that. We can probably get through another three.
Is it the office, or those attracted to the office?
1) Well, he hasn't gotten us into another war yet
2) ???
He's light-skinned...and he speaks without Negro dialect.
no, but it would be a first for a politician in a very long time
Took me all day.
Even though Obama took longer than expected, he made a great choice in the kind of dog he got!

....He only has 35 months left on the job. After that, he can enjoy his presidential pension.
I love his ears......they make me giggle.
At least Bush knew how many states we have..lol..
Logrolling in our time.
He keeps conserva s all riled up, while mostly running a center-right administration...
It's actually hilarious...
Its funny how some conservatives like to say he is a one term POTUS given he is barely one year in on the job. Clinton's #'s were in the 40% range if I'm not mistaken and he cruised to re-election. And on top of that with these misfits the Republicans have who may possibly run in 12, aside from Obama waging war against North Korea, or God forbid another terror attack happens on US soil, I can't see him losing a re-election bid. But hey, whatever helps you guys sleep at night is what I always say.... lol
Obama could win in 2012.

I'm pretty much off the rails enough that I can honestly say I don't have a dog in the fight, but I think if Obama were to govern terribly between now and then, and win anyways? Well, let's just say I think it would serve the GOP right.
It sucks my only hope (now) for Obama's presidency is that the left can throw the Bush years back in the faces of those who supported them. Lacking any political goals other than violent anarchy, I more or less get a kick out of exposing the right's laughable amount of hypocrisy. So yeah, Go Obama! 2012! 4 more years! 4 more years!
Yeah I like Bobama.
