    trust me i was great athlete all city track all conference in ball ...blocking shots steals were easyt cuz i had the tools and i loved defense ... a fadeaway shot with contact i could rarely hit ...

    Nash is a great athlete he sucks on defense cuz he is not long tall or fast ...and dont try that hard there but the shots and passes he makes are crazy athletic ...
    He is like Messi in soccer not the the biggest or fastest but he is a great athlete with the ball on his foot ...Nash with the ball in his hand. if he tried he could be better but not as good as Rondo ...
    My point is defense in every sport is built on speed and athleticism ... and the best defensive teams usually have some of it cuz they can make up for the ones who don't
