Good game houston, it would have have hurt to lose this one with Nash for once having a high assist game without 6 or 7 turnovers.
Nash had 16 assists and no turnovers. The Suns lose this game if he had turnover issues. Despite this, the Suns still have a team wide issue with turnovers. They had 16 turnovers as a team even when Nash had none.

ing trevor he hits one big shot and he shoots 4 3s in OT alone. ing bas .
The Rockets work as hard as any team in the NBA. The problem is the perimeter players are too trigger happy. Brooks and Ariza love to shoot threes way too much. Adelman should force them to pass it into Landry or Scola in the post more often.

I agree, a perfect Nash game should result in the suns winning by double digits easily against any team on any court, not struggle resulting in OT. Amare had a monster game too, granted it may have been volume shooting. Richardson really blew though... Somethin's going to happen going into the trade deadline.

    Gentry!

Why the does Dragič play only 16 minutes?

If Barbosa would be healthy he would play what, 3 minutes?

I thought Amare was extremely unimpressive. The Suns actually went on their runs when he was off the floor.

His explosiveness is just GONE. 36 points and not one was from a dunk. Jump shots and free throws. This is AMARE STOUDEMIRE were talking about here.

ESPN says 14 minutes. Dragic should be getting at least 20 minutes per game. I don't know what Gentry is thinking.

If Nash is dishing out high double digit assists, not having to score, and is not committing turnovers, I can live that. If he was having one of his more typical games as of late, I'd agree with you.

If Nash is dishing that well, it's wise to keep him in the game. But I'd rather see Dragic at the 2 in late game situations over JRich. I've not seen JRich hit one big shot in crunch time this year, and his D is worse.

I thought Jrich was supposed to be good at D? Either way him getting paid almost as much as Nash and Amare is getting ridiculous. Regarding Amare, not dunking, is he trying to protect his health? hmmmm....

Dantizzle has a hidden black panther agenda. That's the only explanation I can come up with for him playing J- over Dragic.

Oh yeah and Nash sure lit the in world up last night. 2 of 10 shooting, a technical and an away from the ball foul that almost cost the Suns a game. They'll win the finals if he keeps playing like that

I don't know, I guess they're worried about looking silly benching someone they paid 13 mil for while playing a 1.7 mil? second year player. Sarver probably threatened to fire Gentry if he doesn't make JRich look good by the end of the season.

When one team shoots 48.2% and the other team shoots 37.7%, they should win by 15+ points, not need overtime to win by 4. Idk how more people haven't gotten tired of watching the Suns regularly turn the ball over 15+ times and give up 20 offensive rebounds.

From the moment he traded for him Kerr has been in love with J- and has insisted he can be a lock down defender and efficient offensive player. My guess is Kerr has fixated on that image and has made Gentry know that he wants J-Rich to get his minutes every night. Gotta love how the Suns are run.

Word from Gambodoro is the Suns are DESPERATE to move J-Rich but there are no takers.

Hopefully once the trade deadline passes they'll give up on trying to showcase him to other teams and move him to an area he should be more familiar with, the bench.

Last time the Suns played the Hornets sans Chris Paul, they were embarrassed by Peja. Hopefully that doesn't happen again.

Incredible Steve Nash quote from last night:

"I was trying my best not to shoot," Nash said. "Maybe it was because I stayed in the room and laid on my back about 14 hours. But I got through it. Most of my shots off the dribble so trying to control myself with the soreness and the pain weren't the best part of my movement. I tried to do other things, hustling and defense, save some energy for some other things I usually don't do much of."
