No question was bombed. The Lakers traded for Trevor to replace Luke/Vlad and they were slowly integrating him into the offense. Without a doubt, Ariza was the best SF the Lakers had available and he would have started every game in the playoffs if healthy - just like he did in 2009. It's a fact.

The Lakers traded for Ariza because he had an expiring deal and they wanted to rid themselves of worthless Brian Cook's awful contract.
Without a doubt, Ariza was not the starting small forward for the 07-08 Lakers.
