I have had a couple audits & have found the IRS to be great… (If that is possible)….I always am polite & explain that I am just a blue collar guy who does understand these complex tax matters…They dropped all penalties & cut the owed tax in half…Its like they are not used to dealing with people who don’t hate them…

If anyone gets an audit this year they get to say...The Secretary of the Treasury does not understand the complexity of the tax rules, how am I supposed to?

I looked into joining the criminal investigations unit a few years back. When I mentioned my desire to join was based upon my "extreme love of shooting gangsters" they sadly denied my application.
