Let's get this Rodeo Road Trip started off right.....Believe...![]()
you in your fat ass, Beno.
is he 6'5 or 6'11 ?
http://www.nba.com/playerfile/donte_greene/index.html
It must be a mistake, he is 6-11 yes.
A near 7 footer at SF, wow.
He's 6-9 in shoes according to his pre-draft measurements.
I'm hoping to get a good look at him tonight, as his defensive potential at the wing (ironically enough) has me intrigued.
I always viewed him as being a pure offensive player and someone that would end up not living up to his potential, but he's making me wonder if the Spurs should be looking to get him into their program.
It's on at 3 AM over here so it's a miss..This game is vital the spurs can't around anymore.
Don't forget to lock in your predictions in the RRT thread
GO SPURS GO!!!
edit: uuuuugh, game starts at 11pm here![]()
Yay a late game! I can work all the way til 5, hit the gym (GTL), help a buddy put together his ellpitical, get home, make dinner, watch my Redbox rental, then turn on the NBA LP.![]()
The first Sactown game this year, the Spurs looked scary good. Lets hope that happens again. Jefferson had a smooth 21 points and they just moved the ball so well.
Parker won't play tonight, eyes Thursday return
By Jeff McDonald
Injured Spurs point guard Tony Parker participated fully in the team's shootaround this morning at Arco Arena, and came away with no ill effects in his sprained left ankle.
Barring a last-minute change in direction, Parker has been ruled out of tonight's game against the Kings, which would be his third in a row missed. He said he expects to return Thursday at Portland.
Come on Spurs. It is the Rodeo Road trip. Time for you to unleash your sleeping beasts.
yeah, I called it!![]()
Thursday makes sense for Parker if they plan on sitting Duncan tomorrow.
nice game blog bukefal. BTW what bukefal means ?
Tim said it best. This is perhaps the most important Rodeo Road Trip ever. Whereas bonding on the road was a luxury of seasons passed, this year it seems like a necessity, and the team knows it.
If the Spurs are going to turn it on, it needs to start now. That includes winning the games that should be easily won.
Exhibit A: The Kings.
ok blowout and rest ...
The Spurs better Raise the Bar.
Or the bar will fall on top of them
Starters: Hill, Mason, McDyess, Duncan, Jefferson.
Fin and Bonner both gets 20+ minutes tonight easy.
