I've pulled off shots like this in game quite frequently. It's extremely possible to make a compilation of shots like this. I suppose he hacked them into lining up so he could get multikills? And then his clan is going to make all this effort into making such a stellar video with obvious hacks in it? Do you realize how quickly they would be universally banned with this kind of video if it wasn't legit?

I realize some of that is possible, but not all of it. Shooting through smoke twice in a row getting kills both times? Really, seriously? The Shooting off of buildings no scope is absolute crap. I have seen and done some insane but half that crap is total bs.Haha, yep. It's definitely hacking.

If you know a map well enough, and have good enough awareness, you can know -- even through smoke -- where people are typically going to hide. I routinely get one or two shot kills through smoke because I pay attention to typical spots, and make sure I'm aiming at an area of regular camped-ness.
Back to back? Give it up. Most of that stuff is bull WE all know it so just let it go.
I've never played this game... but I've played counter strike source for about 5 years... and I know it takes more than 2 shots to get 2 hs through smoke..
It's been easy to point out a hacker...whether its walling or a shooting script.. that guys doing something.
You're right. A clan is going to openly advertise they hack with a video like this. Genius.
I thought it was a promod game, probably with increased hit detection. I could be wrong, but that was my first impression.

There are people who do stupid . They probably think there's no proof so they'll be fine, or they didn't think anyone with the ability to do anything about it would care enough to watch it. Looks hacked to me

Ive known plenty of clans over the years that openly and help each other hack. If there is no way to PROVE what they are doing they don't have to worry about being banned etc. But everyone freakin knows they are. Seems your the only one who thinks otherwise lol
They're not gonna say they hack of course.
Whether or not they're hacking, I still have no doubt they setup some of those shots to make the video more interesting.

No good players know when other ppl are full of lol. Anyone that plays these games knows that something isnt right with some of those shots. Obviously some if it is possible but not all of it without some editing tricks or hacks. If you gamed at all and were any good, you would know this.
You ever played in CAL leagues? Didn't think so. A clan that posts hacked videos to the net is instantly gone from any compe ive league, forever. So yeah, it DOES make a of a difference. What would be the point of posting a video so carefully crafted and well made just to show off skills that a new player with no skills could accomplish? "Wow look at my leet AIMbot hacks that anyone with an internet connection and a computer that will run CoD4 can do!"
It seems like a lot of you have never played compe ive FPS games. I'm not hating or ridiculing you -- personally, I think it's ridiculous that people work that hard to get so freaking good at a specific game. I WAS one of those guys at one time. I used to regularly have records of 35-3 at CS 1.6 on CAL servers (obviously I didn't get those kind of scores often in actual tournaments, but the fact remains). But I've seen players that are this good, far better than me. I've WATCHED them play in person. And unless you think they're running some kind of uberhack that is only detectable when they're using the machine, they don't hack. Serious gamers will play one game for 8 hours a day, every day, no joke. The level of awareness you are able to achieve with that kind of dedication is unmatchable.
Seriously. Go play on some CAL league servers (if you can get in) and get back to me about people pulling off crazy shots. Go to a LAN tournament. You think you're good, then you go up against a clan that only plays one game all day every day, and takes you on 15 deathstreak. Get wrecked, and cry about hacking. But just because you think "ZOMG IT HAZ 2 B HAX" doesn't suddenly make it the case.
There is obviously the chance of that. But I have enough highlights in my ~11 year FPS career to fill hours of video, easily. This isn't just one guy, so I'm guessing they really didn't need to set up anything and probably just pulled it from a tourney, scrim, or regular server matches.

To specifically respond to some of your comments, try playing on an ultra-high def monitor with a huge screen. You can see people through smoke that most displays will not. Even a tinge of a shadow is enough. I've hit people with a headshot when I could only see a single pixel of their head from across an entire map. It happens.
I thought it was a machinima and these types of videos aren't necessarily made with real gameplay. So some or most of the scenes could have been set up.
And they obviously know something about video editing, it would be easy to just add some effects and make it look like a kill when they shoot guys that aren't visible.
I still think it's a great video.
obviously you've never been around people that good.
and yes, please remember that this isn't one guy.
