Actually Gasol scored 17 in 16 attempts if I'm not mistaken, which means he did kinda suck. However, 17 boards is amazing, especially against a prettty tall frontline like Denvers'.

Opposing teams really seem like they're targeting Pau from a physical standpoint this year..it's definitely effective..the Cleveland game was the best example IMO..after Shaq knocked him to the ground, he literally did nothing the rest of the game on either side, he shyed away from any contact down low after that..he's obviously still a great player though, top 15 in the NBA IMO..

The Lakers went up by double digits in the first quarter behind Kobe's scoring. He scored on the inside, he scored in the post, he hit threes. Then the Lakers went away from him, forcing the ball to Gasol, who turned the ball over, missed badly, yelled for calls, and forced shots without passing.
Gasol just lost all credibility, and the teammates who didn't keep feeding the ball to Kobe when he was hot are just as stupid. When Kobe is a ball hog, he deserves blame for the team losing. When Kobe's on a hot streak, it can last an entire game, so you ride it if you're smart. The Lakers are currently NOT smart.

Homeskillet, you obviously didnt watch the game. Gasol was an absolute vagina. Half of the 17 rebounds was from his own missed shots. If I was Kobe, i'd dance with Gasol on the sidelines a few times to get him more focused.
