Either way,...the Spurs nor the Celts seem to have a good chance at a championship. The homer in me can see a Spurs turnaround, but the reality is neither team is likely to do so.

Well then how it is that you think they could win the championship? They're healthy now and they just can't sustain their effort for 48 minutes. Garnett may get slightly more mobile/explosive the more he plays, but the reality is people need to accept that it isn't just injury holding Garnett back, like it was Duncan, it's a flat out decline, bordering on O'Neal like proportions. Can you win a championship with no player playing at a superstar level and three of your top four players struggling? I don't see it.

Barring something unforeseen, unfortunately it's more than likely going to be the Lakers and Cavs in the Finals. The Nuggets and Magic look to be the only teams capable of breaking this up. I'd give the Nuggets a better chance than the Magic.

But I dont believe they are healthy.

If by some chance the Celtics can remain relatively healthy AND avoid the Cavs, then I think they got a shot at getting there and even though I don't like their chances against the Lakers, I like them better than the Magic's. But I like the Magic's chances better against the Cavs. Really, it all just depends on the match-ups, health, plus what happens at the trade deadline, but again, you're focused too much on semantics (look it up). In the end, I don't think either can win a championship this season.
