Weird game by Hill. He looked all world in the last game and he looks like a scared rabbit in this one.

RJ sucks...anyone that defends him, saying we don't run enough plays for him, blah blah...are morons. RJ is pure crap...the guy can't hit open shots, can't hit FT and can't guard ANYONE. His defense is just as bad as Finley's.

this is not true, run a team for rj and he will get you 20 points at 40%-42% shooting. Unfortunately that is not what the spurs need. We need someone who can get 12-13 points on 50% shooting with no plays run for them.

Back in the days I remember arguing some people that said that RJ was better than Manu 'cause he scored more points and could manage the scoring load of an NBA team.

Unfortunately on paper everything looks great, but you come to find out that player can't play in the system. I think he would flourish in a Steve Nash team. Not a shot against Parker but it's a whole different system.

I just rewound and watched the last 5 minutes or so... Odom and Gasol are sitting in the paint, and they're basically leaving Jefferson alone in the perimeter... This is what we talked about with Bonner too, the whole spaces the floor bull... They don't bite. They'll dare you to shoot...

You might be right, but Hedo was bad and may have cost us a Championship. If he did anything in that LA we might beat then even with 0.4.

Hedo was bad towards the end of the regular season and playoffs, but Jefferson has been very bad most of the regular season so I guess you might be right. Hedo at least played good for half the regular season.

Hedo could play for us. His nut sack just shriveled up when the Lakers made their defensive game plan into pack the lane and make Hedo beat them on the big stage (and he couldn't).

Contrast this with Jefferson, who doesn't appear to have any semblance of a nut sack during the regular season. I shudder to think how far his vag is going to retract come playoff time.

Spurs don't know how good they really had it in 03 and 04. Losing SJax was so huge....but Hedo was one of the most under appreciated acquisitions this team has ever made....and we basically got him for nothing.

Hedo had this two month stretch where he hit at least like 2 or 3 threes every ing game. It was sick. He rebounded. He defended.

Yes he choked against the Lakers that year, but so did the entire ing team. I was not happy to see that guy go. Years later we are still tryin to find a player in his mold.

A lot of guys the NBA can get you 20 pts at 40% if they are the center piece of the offense. That doesn't make them good, they suck, just like RJ.
