30 mins to LA/Hollywood
15 mins to the OC
4 hours to vegas

All. I get paid decent, but not enough to live comfortable in Orange County. Family, yes wife has a job, all our family is here. We've lived in Dallas, but CA is pretty far from everyone. House, yes I would need to sell quickly and look for an overpriced, small house in CA.

I love the company, but moving there is not worth it. I have till next week to decide.
