I see a blowout like we saw last march in Dallas
AKA Amare's last game in a Suns uniform.
Suns coming off their 5th straight road win. Dallas is struggling, but could bounce back at any moment. Who wins this one?
Nash-Kidd
JRich-Butler
Hill-Marion
Amare-Dirk
Lopez-Haywood

I have a bad feeling. Dallas has new guys, no practise, 2nd night of a b2b, Damp is out and finally, B. Salvatore is reffing...
Additionally, I am curious if Hill is allowed to bearhug and rape Dirk over and over again without getting any fouls... by having Salvatore as the ref the answer is unfortunately yes.
B.Salvatore
No need to watch the game then, we lose
If the players want Amare to stick around they best be getting him the ball. Dallas has always been a team he kills. The likelihood of him being traded goes way down if he drops 40 and Sarver knows that would be everyone's lasting memory of him.
I think his teammates were definitely looking for him last night. He had 21 shot attempts. Normally when he gets that many shots, he puts up 30+, but he started off slow. Hopefully he can shake off the nerves and play loosely.
If he does get traded for crap, I hope the fans at the next suns home game chants 'Sarver Sucks' during every timeout.
Yeah I see a huge night for him. At this point I don't think these rumors are affecting him at all. What I REALLY hope doesn't happen is he shows up with the at ude, "Eh, I'm gonna get traded tomorrow so what's the point in playing hard tonight," and gift wraps Kerr a "last night is just the latest example of why we traded Amare" excuse for a press conference.
I picked Dallas to win last night but I didn't realize they would shoot like crap. Phoenix has been playing better lately, but I'm gonna go with the Mavs.
I still think the Mavs pull this one out.
Pretty monumental game for both teams. If Phoenix wins, they're on a 7-1 tear and Amare probably stays, if Phoenix loses he's probably traded. Dallas needs this win or there'll be some doubt about the trade they just made.
Tonight's game should have 0 impact, if it does, the suns front office needs to all be fired. It's up to what other teams offer at this point and how much money Sarver can save and still fill seats.
Mavs should win. due for a good shooting game, @ home, and PHX doesn't have the flusterin defense of OKC.
If they lose I'm gonna hit the panic button.
This is finally the night the Spurs take the lead in the division, don't this up Phoenix
EDIT: Wait , they hold the tiebreaker![]()
the mavs really do suck
You shouldn't. OKC is on a roll right now, and so is Phoenix. Both teams are playing their best basketball right now, and the Mavs are gonna need time to integrate the new pieces.
That should be fun to watch.
As if there already aren't enough reasons to clean house in the front office.
As long as I see effort by the Mavs out there, I will give them a pass if they don't play well.
doesnt matter if theyre on a roll. its time to win some games!
The 2/3 seeds are still vague possibilities if the Mavs start playing consistently... but theyre 13-14 over their last 27![]()
