Sorry, when people say Hill or Nash deserves a shot at a ring I react because it's a logically dishonest statement. Nash and Hill both re-upped with a team that was at best first round fodder, they forfeit any right to receive pity for ending their career on a bad team, they wanted it.

Oh I agree completely Gentry not running any plays for Amare at the end was moronic to say the least.....my only disagreement is that any coach would be scared less to try and reign Nash in considering the one coach who did was fired for it.

Idk, this is unpopular and I'll get criticized for it, but in my book, Amare = Bosh. I'd undoubtedly do Amare and Nash for Bosh + Derozan.
Of all realistic Amare trades, I'd try and trade him to Golden State for Anthony Morrow and Anthony Randolph.

just got a win over a shaky team whose No.1 has been chronically involved in the midst of various editions of transfer rumors. Without making the lateral move they made a couple days ago, Mavs would have still beaten such a disordered franchise as the current Suns. that trade did so little change to Mavs squad that it's just another lateral move at its finest.
