His skills of fouling 4 times in that 30 second span. Face it, Ian is a foul prone big that can't stay on the court more than 3 minutes at a time, how is that good for team chemistry? He will remain on the bench, the Spurs will have two open roster spots for when players start to get waived and I'm sure we will try another Gooden-esque experiement for the late season push. This just frees up some money for that.
Well, this is the confirmation we're playing small ball the rest of the season... I'm gonna drink myself to death watching Finley and RJ at PF...

Even if this does open up an active roster spot for Mahinmi and he's basically forced to suit up, chances are Pop still wont play his ass anyway.....
If nothing else, blowouts will now be more entertaining. We'll be able to extrapolate Mahinmi's two minutes of playing time in a blowout into him being HOFer.

Ian doesn't have to dress. Hairston could just as easily be activated over him, especially if the Pop-Finley trial separtion from last night goes into full-on divorce.

What makes you think that? He's been in the roster before. Plenty of times. What part of this trade REALLY convinces you that Ian is going to have another shot?
And nobody is being emo. We're pretty frustrated because we're a pretty average team right now.
