A failure in our minds isn't the same as a failure in Pop's mind..I have no idea what he could be possibly thinking at any time..
since the this new experiment failed in Philly pretty badly i'm gonna say, Pop is going to go with this lineup:
TP
Manu
RJ
McDyess
TD
i think he puts the most talent out there to start the game.
A failure in our minds isn't the same as a failure in Pop's mind..I have no idea what he could be possibly thinking at any time..
i think he will probably start somebody else instead of Bogans, RJ most likely.
i'm going to follow Pop's logic and draw names out of a hat.
Honestly, I hope Pop sticks with this stupid ing lineup for the rest of the season. It will only reinforce to Peter Holt what a true dumbass he is
I expect to see chip england in there at some point.
Wouldn't be surprised if Pop's stubborn ass keeps bringing out the same failed starting lineup. What I would like to see is:
Duncan
Dice
Hill
Manu
RJ
TP needs to sit out some games..
Parker
Hill
Bogans
Bonner
Duncan
This makes sense to me after the bad start in the last two games. Even playing Hill with this group and bringing Manu off the bench, as we did in our big win in Denver, sounds better than the obvious fail tonight.Imagine starting with our best players like everybody else in the NBA ( your lineup above, however TP might need to sit for a while)? Something has to change.
mason
bogans
finley
jefferson
bonner
book it.
I bet Keith Bogans laughs his ass off every night before going to bed, just thinking about how foolish a coach can be to start him..
Parker
Hill
Bogans
RJ
Blair
SMALL BALL FTW!
He's run that lineup already. Maybe he'll start the game with it.![]()
C Bonner
PF Bonner
SF Bogans
SG Bogans
PG Bogans
if Poppy could
Wrong! This ain't small ball enough.
C: Matt Bonner
PF: Keith Bogans
SF: Keith Bogans
SG: Keith Bogans
PG: Kyle Gordon
Oh ya, in other news, Pop dumped Finley and proceeded to find his next love known as Keith Bogans.
What a novel idea. I can't think of a major or minor professional team that doesn't.
Doesn't it make sense to play your best against the other team's best???
I like this. We need to start our games with our best players, simple. However, I can't see Pop putting Manu into our starting lineup, so I would go with this:
TP (if healthy)
Hill
Bogans
Dyess
Duncan
I think Manu and RJ can give that boost off the bench. Manu should be able to find RJ and get him some easy buckets. I don't see this RJ off the bench experiment as over yet.
I'm pretty sure Pop was quoted as saying that the bonner, hill, bogans lineup is his lineup for the rest of the season! Didn't he??
Hill
Mason
RJ
Dice
TD
TP should rest at least 3 games. I'm sure they'll make the playoffs as the 7th or 8th seed. If they rest Parker now, not only does he heal and get rest before the playoffs. Also, it allows Hill more to get more experienced. TD needs to play 28 mins from now on. By playoff time he can get 36 to 40 a game. They'll be better with him playing that much instead of 31 or 32. What happened to Timmy shooting his jumper?
With Bonner and Bogans in the lineup, he was setting us up for Ian's first start.
SG Hill
PG TP
SF McDyess
PF Duncan
C Mahinmi
If Tony can't go because of injury, Manu (SG) and Hill (PG).
The same cheesy lineup with Bogans/Bonner... because 'it's not that last blow that sent us to the lottery, it was all the ones before it'....
I only expect to see one of those people start the next game-- Tim.
Parker
Hill
Jefferson
McDyess
Duncan
That's what it should be right now. I think Hill's proven enough lately that he can start and have Ginobili come off the bench since that is the end all means these days, Manu coming off the bench. what am I talking about, we've done that with him about his whole career.
I think Parker will sit the next game. Other than that, I expect no real changes to the lineup.
Hill
Bogans
RJ
Duncan
Bonner
