stuckey to the line for 2
wow refs just to make sure that they r making this game more boring
stuckey to the line for 2
God NBA refs are the worst. I hope that one angers The Beast.
Blair with the ultimate rookie foul call.
45 all and the 2nd half awaits![]()
We have the D-team officiating crew tonight.
I saw some championship basketball by the Spurs in the first half.
timmy is no longer the timmy that we knew. We have to accept that.
Yeah, right![]()
just wait till the 4th![]()
Rip's honestly taking too many touches from everyone. Stuckey, Bynum, Gordon, Jonas all have far less impact with Rip hoarding such a scoring load, thus decreasing the level of variety in our offense. Rip is great at what he does. I'm not knocking him .... too much. But it doesn't open things up for us. It's the same screens and curls we've seen for years. It's effective still so I guess you have to keep going to it, but as a fan, I've seen it enough to last a lifetime.
, give blair a break, refs.
if only we could play big ball for 80% of the 1st half, we'd been up by like 10
I was like
hehe
Well it is definitely like watching a game between 2 has beens. So sad to see what both our teams have become after so much greatness.
I agree. It's self inflicted, a lot of it. Everybody is so quick to point to age with this team, but a lot of their troubles they're bringing on themselves. Duncan has the best footwork and most advanced post game in the league, yet when is the last time you see him dig deep into his repertoire? He needs to at least do a spin move on the baseline and finish before the defender can react; something.
I credit Pop for one thing; holding Duncan to 14:47 in the 1st half. Because this is likely to be a back and forth, down to the wire game, he can now play him around 19-20 in the 2nd half, if need be (2 days rest are up coming) and still hold him to 34-35 for the game. That's what he should be doing in most 1st halves, when the game isn't slipping away at least.
Hill was really great for you guys, made a big impact .... for about 5 minutes.
If he was that aggressive all the time, he'd be dangerous. He's much quicker than i thought.
Was it that lineup with Blair at the 5?
We can't even pull away from the lowly pistons
lol when neither team can really score?
I like the fact that Bonner and Finley have logged 0 minutes...
It's an improvement.
Not a bad 8-man rotation we've used today (would be 9 with Parker), just don't care for the unconventional starting lineup... It's not just the fact of being "small", it's that it's not meshing well... One of McDyess or Blair needs to starts, and with the way Manu has played this calendar year (not just stats, he plays with intensity) I'd say we should be starting him right now.
