As much as it sucks to think they would actually know what to do with them if they do know what to do at least they are protected. In middle school though the chicks would blow them up and sneak them into peoples backpacks.
As tlong already said, maybe they used it for water balloon fight, fooling around, doesnt mean they are going to do any sexual activities with them.
But what I do think is strange, is that the people at wal mart actually sold them to the kids.
These kids went through the self checkout line because they didn't want to feel uncomfortable going through a live cashier, if they had wanted to fool around and have fun, I'm pretty sure actual balloons would have been a much cheaper way to do so. They could have been 9 for all I know, probably not even old enough to bust one out.
Balloons would have been cheaper but what would get a better reaction?

I don't know, I have 2 kids in middle school, and I've seen kids that I would swear were 8 or 9. I don't even try to guesstimate ages anymore.
