Also Balli, CP3 and D-will are the two best PGs in the league.

Yeah, that's basically the point. I don't mind people saying Paul>Deron. I'm not too big on the Roy or (last year ) the Tony Parker enthusiasts getting all uppity.

Wts gonna happen with Boozer? Millsap has been great, but can this team be just as strong without Boozer next season?

Parker's had a nice career, maybe HoF, obviously he drives to the basket really well, but when it comes to ball-handling, passing, shooting, defense, he's not on D-Will's or CP3's level.

I think he will get attention for being part of a dynasty, winning a Finals MVP, All-Star appearances. But being part of a dynasty will get him alot of attention.

IDK? It's a matter of depth. I think Millsap could fill in in admirably (as a starter), but who takes over for Millsap's bench production were he to start? I don't really care what Boozer does, cause I hate the guy, we aren't winning a ring either way and this is his contract year, but no we're not as good without him. IMO.

I see your point. Hornets bench have stunk ever since CP3 got hurt since Collison has to start now.

Any chance they could start someone at SF instead AK47 and move Kirilenko to the bench to replace Millsap's production? I imagine the FO will find someone since they do a good job in scouting and drafting.

I don't think you can even make the case that Roy>Deron...
I think a case could be made. I think Deron is better but I could still make a case for Roy.

Off the top of my head I think Roy has been to more all star games already (granted D-Will got robbed but still.)

If Deron wants to be considered the best PG Utah has to become a bigger threat. You guys need a SG/SF badly.

It's not like Denver played CP3 straight up. They were trapping him with two guys every possession because they knew everyone else on the team was garbage. Denver would never show Williams the same respect because he has always had more talent to work with.
Williams is the best point gaurd in the league, get over it.

He has his team at one of the top teams in the West. CP3 has his team out of the playoff standings most of the season. The team plays better without him which they are now very close to the 8th seed since hes been out.

But look, you can make a case for Paul, obviously. I do think it's funny though that Hornet fan, on average, won't extend that same concession to Deron. It smacks of defensive self-righteousness. Which further smacks of seeing the writing on the wall.

I think it speaks volumes that Deron supporters are naturally assertive, while Paul supporters are naturally on the defense. They're both great players, but yeah, Hornets fan's position is so clearly steeped in fear and doubt about their own player's comparative merits.
Don't muck me in with those losers -- Chris Paul sucks armadillo balls for lunch.

I'm sorry but i think of i had to choose I would defintively take Dwill over Roy and give him THE SLIGHT edge over C3p for a couple reasons:

1- I think he is the better player he can play with or without the ball (played without in college at times, will do so when Sloan's system calls for it) THE OTHER 2 guys NEED the ball to be effective ...

2-I think he will is the better defender of the 3 guys ...

3- Longterm health Roy has been injured since college, C#p's injury is worse than is being let on ...

Dwill is one of my favorite players in the league and I hate (well dislike) Utah that is saying something ...

They've only been a .500 team since he's been out. You have no clue about the Hornets. They were a top 5 home team before the injury and have already lost 4 home games since his injury. Collison isn't nearly as efficient as CP3 right now and might not ever be. The Hornets were 19-10 with CP3 after Byron Scott got his ass fired before his injury and are only a .500 team without him.

How do you know? He had a torn meniscus which was surgically repaired. What's so hard to figure out about that?

BTW, Williams is a better on the ball defender, but CP3 is better overall offensively. Always shoots a higher FG%, scorers more, more assists. Even rebounds more as well.

    Wait! Why?

Roy makes more points, shoots better from the field and from three, gets more rebounds and has a higher PER. I'm not saying Roy > D-will (not saying the other way around either) but you could definitely make that case.

Roy is overrated while Deron is still underrated. Not to mention Deron is a true PG. hard to find. and more durable than Roy.

    Deron it is.
