uh huh... you keep thinking that! And after you count the number of double teams your team sends at Kobe... you can shine your mid season two win trophy.
definately. But let's not mess around with this regular season garbage.
I will bet my sig for the whole of next season. The Nuggets will beat the Lakers in the playoffs.
Only 2 conditions to this bet.
1. Obviously they have to meet in the playoffs in the first place
2. Both teams have to be healthy. I won't accept the Nuggets beating the Lakers if they aren't 100% healthy. It is within reason though. If Renaldo Balkman or Mbenga are injured, then of course it doesn't matter. As long as both teams top 8 are healthy, then it is all fair![]()

A whole lot of qualifiers here ... just say my faith is not a mighty as my mouth ... LOL
How the heck can we bet sigs if the teams don't even meet?
We can just bet on how far each team will go in the playoffs then? The sig has to be basketball related though, no perverted stuff or porn or anything.
This reeks of doubt.
no, it reeks of morals, but i can't expect a Kobe fan to know what they are![]()
If we're going to go for the whole enchilada; let's remove the "they have to meet". Depending on the seeding, they might never meet and we've wasted our time.
Make it simply, the Lakers or Nuggets win the WCF. If neither team wins; it's a draw.
Or if you want to make it only a one game bet for this Sunday, I'm game for that too. Loser gets 1 month sig punishment.
Yea because the Nuggets had so much success the last two playoffs vs the Lakers when it counts? Lakers embarrass the Nuggets 2 seasons in a row and they get 2 regular season wins and want to act like they have actually accomplished something?
And JR Smith's comment is that Kobe is good but not when he plays him and the Nuggets? Kobe always kills the Nuggets he might be even dumber then he looks.
Really though when teams get so excited about 1 or 2 regular season wins you know how crappy that organization is and its history. Its pretty sad if you ask me.

Kobe always kills the Nuggets? Yeh he did a great job this season
AA shut him down in game 1 and then he sucked when it counted in the 2nd game.
And noone is talking about comparing organisations. Of course the Lakers are the more successful organisation, by far.
Going on and on about a championship that happened least season doesn't mean anything. What matters is the current season and so far the Nuggets own the Lakers.
Nah, let's make it a playoff bet.
Who wants to take the bet?
Gotta love the Re ed Velociraptor. One of my favorite mid-game celebrations.
EXACTLY.
Congratulations on the regular season wins before the all star break. Im just saying its sad when those are some of your franchise highlights. A tail of two franchises.
Nuggets are excited about wins in the Winter while Laker wins only matter when thisis on the line which the Nuggets have never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever ever even played for. Not once. Zero.
JR is a ing idiot. Why motivate Kobe???
However, he is no "killer". A negligent driver yes, but no killer. If his friend had worn a seatbelt he probably wouldn't be dead.Do you expect an immature friend killer to make any sense?
You can be really dense, son. "Murder" requires intent. By your logic JR intended to get into a bad car accident to kill his friend. Really? I mean, really?
He was negligent, and he's a ing headcase, but he's no murderer. His friend is partly culpable for his own death as he did not wear a seatbelt.
The lesson - wear a seatbelt, people, every time you get in a car. It'll save your life. Oh, and don't get in a car with JR.![]()
I'll take that bet if you can't find anybody else by the Playoffs.
JR isn't smart enough to mentally compete with Kobe.....
ok. You know what happened last time we bet![]()
That i can agree with.
Luckily JR isn't the Nuggets #1 or #2 option, therefore he will never actually 'compete' with Kobe.
With the game on the line, it will be Melo or Billups that gets the ball. Sometimes it will be JR if the others are hounded or if JR is hot.
You like living the past don't you?
Yesterdays rings and victories don't matter. Why can't you understand that?
The Lakers are still the best Western team this season, as is evident by the #1 seed, but last season's ring means nothing come may/june
To an extent it does and it doesn't. They still have to play the games and will have to earn it. It will be tougher. Last years rings aren't going to just advance them to another championship.
Thing is this is where the rings do help. They know what they have to do to win a championship. They understand it will be a long journey. They know they will have to earn it.
Kobe sure showed that JR guy with that 3 from 17 output.
