I think it has a lot to do with the fact that Scola, Martin, and Brooks took almost all of the shots.
I didn't see alot of the game, but how did the Spurs allow Martin to score 33, Brooks, 31, and Scola 30?

You should be asking how they did that when three of their own starters went scoreless.
That might be a first in NBA history.
