It only clinched the game for the Mavericks. It's nice to see the refs give the game to the Mavs.
Fluke 69% shooting in the first half was the diffference. Also, should have left West on Dirk and Okafor in the game for rebounding.

Either way, both were getting face ed by Dirk.
Bower loves to bench him in the 4th to go with small ball. Helps offensively, but defensively we struggle. West would done much better against Dirk and Okafor would have helped rebounding.
Oh I do cut him slack. I have him on my fantasy team so I know how good he is. Especially the fact that he's really cut down on his turnovers over the past few games.

Well I was wrong about smallball. Didn't realize Dirk would make 90% of his jumpers. Also didn't realize Okafor would have played this well since he's been a non-factor most games. Twice I was surprised.

no question about it by their minute distribution that they were saving some energy, while the hornets were playing their asses off to win it. but once it got too close, the mavs clamped down on defense, and hit some big shots on offense. hornets are a bunch of gots. west is a . thornton is an equally big . peja is such a piece of , and is possibly more dependent on picks than any player in NBA history.
West was getting annihilated by Dirk. Posey at least made him work.
