I know its a lil early but who do you guys got? Notorious mav killer Chris Fall will be out but there is a also Collison who is pretty solid and West if he decides to show up.
Caron better be the back because Deshawn played bad last game imo. Hopefully this isn't one of those underground J-Ho conspiracy like things.

I'm hoping D. Collison can be the new Mav killer but I don't have much optimism against this reloaded Mavs squad. Depend on if Hornets play tight D and West goes off again, but that's the problem. This fool could give us 40 points one night and 15 the next.

    Go Hornets

Mavs will have trouble against Collison and Thornton due to quickness issues, but the only way the Hornets can win is to go small with West at C, Posey guarding Dirk, and either Peja/Wright at SF. Problem will be rebounding, but offensively and defensively, that will be the best matchup. West doesn't have to worry about Haywood defensively and should be too quick for him offensively. Hopefully Posey can annoy Dirk and help spread the floor allowing easy penetration for Collison and Thornton.

    Mavs roll.

Theyve beaten far better teams during this 6 game win streak... dunno why the ball would stop rolling against 121-63.

Charlotte on monday should be a much tougher test. Road game and b2b against a team better than the hornets.

How many times have the Hornets been to the Finals? Or even to a Conference Finals?

You wish Charlotte was better. Even without CP3, we're a better team. We won there on a b2b.

Don't act so confident. Hornets matchup well, especially if Butler is not playing.

No one on the Mavs can shut down West, Thornton, or Collison.

Thornton did score 37 at a much better Cleveland team. Hornets almost won that game this week. Cleveland has tougher matchups with Lebron and Shaq. Honestly, Dallas doesn't pose the same threats. Dirk is great, but Hornets won't be afraid to single guard him. No one else on Mavs poses a great threat offensively.

Yeah, you're an idiot. I hope you enjoy your loss this evening. But it's been funny watching you criticize the Mavericks in every thread since they made the trade. U mad your team isn't trying to get better or something?

Hornets made plenty of trades already. I only criticized the Mavs once or twice since the trade.

The Hornets are clearly a step or two or three behind the Mavericks. While the Mavericks will be battling for a top 3 seed, the Hornets would be extremely lucky to even make the playoffs.

I never said the Hornets were as good as the Mavs. I was only explaining how the Hornets were better than a 28-29 team in the Eastern conference and how they can have a chance to win tomorrow night.

What's so funny? They won a championship when they beat the Rockets in 05 (), one when they beat the Heat in 06 (), and another when they beat the Spurs in 09 ().

Why wouldnt I be confident in a team thats won 6 straight against a scrub team like NOLA @ home?

The Mavs entire starting 5 is better than any single Hornets player.
