Jet has a hard road to get back before playoffs
The early indication is that Jason Terry's injury is going to sideline him from somewhere between seven and 10 weeks, a source said.
Terry has an orbital fracture and it's an extensive injury that requires a deep chunk of time, the source said.
This is a huge blow, but there is good news in that Terry has always been a fast healer and could shave a week or three off of that. It also means he should have very fresh legs for the playoffs, which he should not miss much of, if any.

tough break, but this isn't devastating by any stretch. JET has been streaky all year and the team found ways to win when he was basically nonexistent for entire games.
As long as Dirk/Kidd/Butler/Haywood are good to go, the Mavs are fine. losing JET will hurt but Roddy/Stevenson/Wafer will pick up the slack.
