Thing is, those Lakers had a prime Shaq...they also mostly lost to average/bad teams which is why the unmotivated/bored argument had some truth to it. This year theyve been losing against the elite and have a pretty pathetic record against solid teams on the road.

In the last 4 minutes of the game the Lakers shot selection was:
- Kobe went for 3-9.
- the rest of the team shot 3-4.
He lost this game for the Lakers with his awful shot-selection (that triple with 1:30 to go was pathetic) and yet Lakers fan will think he was clutch and gave them a chance to win the game.
I think people should really start doing some basic arithmetic before talking about Kobe's clutchness. Every guy who takes so many shots in crunch time will hit a few of them and be labelled clutch.
