As soon as we gave Shannon Brown a contract after the championship, he started playing like he thought he was Kobe Bryant.
And i'm not in the least bit kidding about that. He's a completely different player now.
I know... Just being sarcastic for the haters. It's a teamwide issue. Brown and Artest hold the ball every bit as much as Kobe.
The Lakers problem though is D right now.

Yeah it's def. a teamwide problem. I know people will say "Kobe is the leader so it's his fault" but they're all grown men it's not Kobe's job to babysit.
The Raptors are a horrible 2nd half team, Lakers will be fine in this game..no, I'm not jinxing, they actually are a horrible team in the 2nd half..
As for Kobe, his "ball-hogging" is actually the one thing I don't usually criticize him for, but even the people that criticize him obviously realize that guys like Farmar and Brown constantly take horrible shots all the time, they're obviously low-IQ players..
The turning point I saw with him was when he dropped 20 points on Orlando. Since that game I've watched him take some moronic shots and act like he's a stud.
We just have too much talent. The team just wants to lull everyone into a false sense of security before unleashing their wrath.
But seriously, Phil Jackson is doing a very underwhelming job in managing the talent/players on this team. Half of our problems are things that tweaks from him could change, but he refuses because he's a stubborn arrogant ass.
The other half are things that could have been solved at the trade deadline, but Mitch Kupchak thought Derek Fisher's timeout-huddle speeches were more important than Kirk Hinrich's actual basketball ability.
Lakers have no clue how to use the triangle against the zone. I don't understand why most teams don't zone them the majority of the game. It's not like its an anomaly.
He was taking those shots before the Orlando game. That was just the game he was hitting all of them.
Boy did that ever win us a battle but lose a war.

Artest is such a goldmine in Defense but this due is horrible on offense. He ha sno rhythm whatsoever.

Then he blows a layup and I think its him for sure.
They haven't really helped either side that much, but the refs have made this game terrible to watch. Constant stoppage.
