Rush is ing re ed.
these two people are very similar
I think you'd be surprised by whose side i'll take from time to time, but I understand you're not a real big fan.
That's life.![]()
I don't have to interview a dog to know what it sounds like.
I don't have to attend every Seinfeld standup to know what his comedy is like.
I don't have to read everything by Rove and Limbaugh to know what their schtick is.
I see Yoni's already been inoculated against the dreaded "Satire" virus going around.
I'm pretty sure he mentioned in another thread he was naturally immune to irony.![]()
Right... because, ya know, supporting indefinite detention, warrantless wiretapping, no public option, stepping up ops tempo in Afghanistan... all VERY liberal policies.ROVE: ...The first one is that he ran as a centrist and he's governing as an extreme liberal or a social Democrat.
I know in the Republican world, it consists of working with Democrats to 'fix' a bill, then voting against it. It also means saying in public you'd vote against any bill on health care, no matter what it said. I know when the Republicans control things, it's called "obstruction" when Dems stop bills, but Republicans are proud warriors defending America when they vote everything down.Well, I know that bipartisanship is a big thing with people that work inside the Beltway. Those of us outside it with the pitchforks think bipartisanship is a Democrat-designed trick to get us to sacrifice and compromise away our core beliefs and go along with theirs so that there is this appearance of comity and so forth. Will you tell me how bipartisanship, in theory in your world, works?
That's "bipartisanship" on the Republican side of the aisle, as I've seen it.
I usually like your articles you post here. I just notice a trend of certain people able to troll and slander without any comment by you but others cannot even articulate their opinion without it being marginalised by you.
some opinions deserved it
