Once the lakershow confronts the boys in blue in WCF they'll rush into tons of matchup troubles and finally get broom thrashed in game 4 or 5, game 6 at most and go trawling fish along the long beach. Very disappointing end to the win streak. Not that losing to the Knicks by itself is that bad, but by 30 points on your home court... somethings wrong there.

didn't you also notice that last game was almost a loss and the Mavs only barely somehow salvaged themselves because their opponents choked even worse that night than they themselves once did. what's wrong is some Mavs fans get over ecstatic-optimistic after their buzzerbeating trade with Wizards and inveigled into the illusion that they had fully fledged for a championship run.
also 30pts were also the biggest number the Knicks have EVER outscored Dallas, btw. The only delighting sign is Carlisle started to learn using Beaubois more and JJB less, but still his team ain't doing when Eduardo Mutha ing Najera is the best player behind Dirk and Haywood.
crofl mavs didn't put up as big a fight against the knicks as the clippers did against the spurs. the final score doesn't lie. the knicks are legit with this win!!
The Knicks? CROFL 50 point payback...Mavs shouldn't have run up the score that last game.
I guess the Knicks were still pissed about that 50 point lashing that we gave them. Well, I hope the Mavs learned that you have to do more then show-up. Especially against a team that you recently embarrassed on their home-court.
