In other words you were locked into your neighbor's network. We can find out who is doing it and block it. haha

I will say this though. This is by far the best job I have ever had. I love going to work every morning.
Yeah, no prob. I graduated from college in 06 with my bachelors in electrical engineering and applied for a circuit design job at Intel since they don't blow things up or harm the environment and it was a good looking company. One of their recruiters from a few years back told me I wasn't qualified to get a job there since I don't have a grad degree and my GPA wasn't great but I said wth and just sent my resume.
Later on I got a call back from the design job and they indicated some kind of interest but I never heard from them after a phone interview. Then I got an email from somebody else in AZ saying they wanted to interview me and I flew down there the whole time thinking it was for the job I applied to. It wasn't...turns out a recruiter I had met years back sent my resume to this other manager who manages rotation programs and she wanted me to apply.
So I studied my ass off on the plane down to Phx with all my old tests and quizzes from electronics courses, etc and did the day of interviews and got in. One of my interviewers also went to Clark HS like me and went to Boston U like me, so that probably helped haha.
But yeah so I did a rotation in a planning group and wanted to try something more technical so I applied for a customer support role and someone else got my resume, gave me a lab tour and hired me after my rotations as a validation engineer. It's kind of crazy that I'm a validation engineer and it all happened by chance since your resume gets around so fast when you send it out.
I can't tell any stories without revealing anything that isn't meant to be public info. But, I'd go with the i5 if I had a nice power supply since double the cache makes a huge difference in read/write latency.

This makes me laugh.
I make, drink, and talk about beer for a living. I think that's pretty cool.
You have my dream job buddy![]()
Dude you know they tell you not to tell people you are applying for those kind of high clearance positions. There was a guy at my department who made it pretty far into the applications process with the CIA. But he went around blabbing it to the whole department and they polygraphed his stupid ass about how many people knew about it. He still works with me. Lol
That's why they call them spooks. I've met a few NSA guys.
What about women offering sexual favors for free hookups?
I just found it weird that you couldn't tell people you were even applying with them. I can see once you get hired. Most of the "special ops" guys are either ex-military, or ex-law enforcement of some kind.
uh no comment
Hey, ORION, did you change jobs? You don't work in that office any more?
I'm in the farming business these days. Agriculture, livestock farming . . .
phxspurfan have you heard of Easy Audit software? I need to learn it in 90 days Or I may have to go back to fixing laptops and mowing lawns.
In this picture it's hard to see the software it's behind the two windows.
If anyone here wants a for sure Job learn how to use the EASY audit software these people are in big demand. My boss gets at least two to three job offers a day. In fact most of his employees wind up going to Austin or Houston after they learn the software. I can't abandon my boss after all he did for me.
This software is really hard to get in fact you have to turn in your laptop so they can install it for you. I can copy the files off my Boss's laptop but its hard to install without the Setup exe file.If anyone has a torrent link or knows where I can train to use it please post in this topic.
Thanks.
We work out of the living room
This is the blower door fan to get readings on how much air is escaping the house.
Here is the PC my boss got from me from PC Outlet it was only 149.00
This is what I drink while at work, (before I got a fridge Friday)
The house was in the middle of remodeling but after the housing market crashed my boss has many homes around san antonio half way finished. Pardon the floors they have not been cleaned yet,
My room
My bed, I prefer to sleep on the floor due to my back pains but this cot seems to be very comfortable.
here is my 2001 gateway PC I found in the dumpster its old and looks like but it still works.
My boss pays only 24 dollars a month for unlimited Clear internet!
I get 900-700 kbs of download speed.
Here I am tying to look busy.
As you can see this job can be very stressful at times and one must learn how to properly medicate one's self.

Get a haircut you hippie!
I appreciate that. We sell mainly replacement irons and used discontinued clubs, so ours is a niche market. The economic downturn hasn't hit us that badly. We haven't tried craigslist because the vast majority of our business is mail out across the country, and a bit internationally. We have a retail store that gives us the local product exposure and demand. But after that we advertise in national publications, and do some local tv ads.
The ticket76 radio sports AM will do a 15 second commercial for 40.00 dollars contact Peter Burns.
I do want a haircut but I found your hair doesn't get gray so fast if you don't cut it. I am afraid not only will I look bald iI will look like a have gray hair.
I don't mind short hair I just don't like that style where it looks like your a kid in the bath tub look.
It's either that or the American idol look.

i was going to go for this style, but with receding hair line and thin hair, plus fkn i hate styling or puttin in my hair since i dont give a about my looks.....
I think I have the coolest job. I work with hot young women all day, I have sex with one or two a few times a month, and I make good money...not too shabby.![]()
If you can post some pics then we may have a winner here!
You know back when I was in High school there was maybe one or two students who had receding hair lines, in fact everyone had long hair. Go look at year books of 1977-1987 you will see maybe one or two students who are losing their hair. But if you look at the high school and collage kids of today you will see a large number about 25 to 40 percent of the young adults today have thinning hair and receding hair lines.
I wonder if the sun and lack of the ozone layer plays a role in all this.
Are you the dentist dude who likes to golf?
