lol. one minute i don't like you, then then next minute i like you, then the next minute you say some crazy like you wanna kill all thieves Jihad style and going all NYPD Blue saying miamiheat is part of the theivery conspiracy. /b/ is an anonymous network, miamiheat probably found the pic when he was browsing the boards between chat roulette sessions. There are boards for letters A-Z, so you can just imagine what kind of stuff is in the portions you don't know about. The new picture you posted will probably not be taken down cuz as far as I can tell, it's not linked or hosted by or travelling around forums as a hosted picture...it's your own screenshot, right? You're safe with that one, but like I said go around looking for similar stories and see that all you will find is cached images because they are actively removed when 1) the police can get involved or 2) the police are already involved. I went with option 2, but maybe the pic was INDEED removed by the theif. Still, I give you the double facepalm!
