That is sad.
I know the Pups suck but 152 points is sad regardless of who it is.
At first I was about to say that beating the T-Wolves isn't anything to brag about, but then I looked at the boxscore.
The Suns scored at least 35 points every quarter. This was a curbstomping.
The Nets and Puppies ought to unite their franchises, so they can be unified in shame and failure.
It wasn't as bad as this: http://www.basketball-reference.com/...011100PHO.html
It seems like whenever teams score a ton of points the scoring is distributed. You'd figure that if a team scores 173 someone goes for 40+ but not in that case.
I JUST noticed that and was going to mention, 0-2 on 3s! WOW!! And Denver was only 2-7.
The pace in that game is completely insane.
Holy the Suns had 27 turnovers in that game. What a wild box score![]()
Mike D'Antoni would have ed after seeing that boxscore.
I wish daddy Culburn were here, he loves to talk about his Suns!
BTW, that's the game where the Suns scored 107 points in the first half, an NBA record for a half. Also, the 173 tied the record for the most points scored in a regulation game, set by Boston in 1959.
lol The Timberwolves can play well when motivated. But their concentration can be awful when not motivated.
DoK, I'm not sure why you have humor because Nash definitely had a ton of fun this game.
Oh Oh Oh Ooooooohhhh.....Ahhhhhhhhhhhh...........Mmmmmmmm.. ..
THIS was basketball. Oh yes....
Who nee 's efense?
Tis gonna be funny when the Wolves end up with Wall. LOL a point guards selected in drafts N .
104 FGA, 50 AST and only 2 3PA against 31 3PA from last night's game.
Cindi Lauper might have to write another song about the suns after this one.
edit: Amare even had a quote for DoK.
http://sports.espn.go.com/nba/recap?gameId=300316021"It was a lot of fun," Stoudemire said. "It was so much fun when the starters were able to rest there in the fourth. We'll take that."
And the mavs could only beat them at home by 3 points without Big Al![]()
LOL. I remember going to a Spurs game that night and looking up at the scoreboard showing the rest of the games and thinking it was some kind of typo when they listed the Suns with 107 at the half.![]()
Well, unfortunately dropping 152 on the T-baggers doesn't do anything for you on the playoffs. This is the kind of game where it's OK to say it's fun, the problem is when Nash gets completely outplayed by a guy like Derek Fisher or Steve Blake and the next day has nothing to talk about except how he needs to have more fun.
