Dirk is placed in the same league as Kobe, Duncan, Lebron by a lot of people in here. They also say that he's better than KG and that he's a top 5 player of the decade.

He's pretty overrated in SpursTalk, I think that's because of the 2006 Mavs/Spurs series.
He's placed in the tier 1 of players, he doesn't belong there IMO.find one quote of someone putting Dirk on Kobe or LeBron's level. Duncan is debatable due to his age, but in Duncan's prime nobody is placing Dirk on his level.

Out of the top of my head Tim, Shaq, Kobe, KG, Kidd, Iverson, Wade, Lebron, Nash have all had a better decade than Dirk. Nowitzki has been very consistent over the years but he never dominated the league like all or most of these guys have done.he certainly belongs in the argument.

I know a lot of people hate KG because he's a , but when talking about basketball skills he's right up there with Duncan, Kobe, etc. He has always been an elite player and during his prime he was always in the discussion of best player in the world with Duncan.

He's been Alpha Dog pretty much his whole career, both in Minny and in Boston.
You don't have to like the guy, but hard to deny his skill, dominance, and the fact that he led those teams (with help from Pierce and Ray in Boston of course)
