    ya. Picked them elite 8 also for one main reason. Reynolds is the most overrated player in college basketball.

    I watched them play a couple of times on tv over the last few weeks and loved the way they play. Samhan is a beast and Allen is servicable size. They have gritty guards, but if they had a couple swing guys with superior athletic talent they could be a contender. Either way I like their chances against a weak 3 seed in Baylor or ODU.

    Loved St. Mary's until I saw their draw. Thought for sure Villanova would win with ease. Maybe Villanova with Scotty Reynolds, but whomever is impersonating Reynolds, sucks... Should have known. You called it on 'nova. Dumb.
    You're absolutely correct at St. Mary's. They have equal balance in scoring inside and outside, have multiple three-point shooters and can play big and small. With Samhan out, they played very well in each of their first two games. Versus bigger teams this could be a problem, but they really don't play that type of team in this bracket. Baylor is the closest, but they don't have great depth upfront.

    Northern Iowa up 7-2 on Kansas early , there's an upset I'd love to see

    Prob not gonna happen this game but IMO the winner of Maryland Michigan State (Michigan State in particular) has a great chance at beating Kansas. They seem vulnerable.

    I'll be on that boat if my bracket gets screwed up. Even though I had nova (yeah I tried to play it safe) and Georgetown in the final four my bracket has a great shot at winning its pool if Kansas continues this suckage. Only person with a Syracuse vs. Kentucky finals

    It is good for the Pac-10 that the two teams they have in there are making noise. Their bad non-conference play early in the season was overblown given how young a lot of their teams are.

    Looks like Aggies and Baylor have great chance now to play for Final 4.

    With Villanova out, and Aggies playing well enough to beat Purdue and Duke, who are not a good road team(Reliant Stadium showdown with Aggies), it is a very good possibility of being an all Big 12 showdown in South regional.
