I'm still in. But I bet it pulls a Sarah Connor and gets cancelled and has to reconcile the story so fast the last two episodes suck sloth

The original V stinks. I haven't seen any of this one and meant to. I buy TV shows I like on DVD when they come out.
I've been watching it... hoping it picks up but I think they are still setting up a lot of stuff. Good stuff so far, hoping for some great stuff as it progresses.

Looking back, the original V did stink, but back then, it seemed to be revolutionary haha.
I bet the new V gets canceled soon enough... and it should.
I'm still watching but I'm the only person I know who is. I guess I am in the minority in liking it, I think they are setting up for something good. But most people don't like waiting for a payoff in their entertainment, it's all about instant gratification. Since I am a fan of Lost, you can say that I am a patient person.
I agree. Back then, I liked it. I bought the DVD's, was very disappointing, and realized how much my entertainment requirements matured.
People don't mind waiting for the payoff if the Characters are interesting, V looks like so no one cares about it period especially when lines like "Anyone could be a visitor!!" get thrown around in dramatic moments. In RL, we wouldn't call them visitors.
I remember the original miniseries. Isn't that good in retrospect, but that scene when one of the aliens ate a live hamster was CLASSIC. It was all anybody could talk about for days.
The TV show after the miniseries sucked.
Nope, I'm stuck on Lost right now. Though I think after Lost, I'm gonna start up Battlestar Galactica. Just got the board game. :p

The actress playing Anna freaks me out, so good casting job there.
I rewatched episode four before tonight's episode. I predict that Ana wants that FBI chick's son to produce some sort of hybrid with her hot ass blonde daughter. Which is why that Fifth Column guy's wife came out and said she was pregnant that episode too. The hybrid is already out there.
Just a prediction, dunno why they would want a hybrid.
This show does have alot of propaganda though, gotta admit. Rewatching episode 4, the Visitor's crazy mystery chemical was planned to be inserted into human flu vaccines....this episode came out around last november..

I really enjoyed the original, but this one is too stupid for me to like, and not the good kind of stupid either.

Looks terrible to me, and I especially don't like the eyesore logo of it at the bottom of the screen while I'm trying to watch Lost.
