You mean that channel with ty radio talk shows has failed to find a home in San Antonio? Maybe cuz we like Tejano and the oldies more!
Someone needs to buy the station and fill it with iTunes requests...all requests, all the time with no repeat so doesn't get stale. The thing I hate most about SA radio is changing the channel and hearing the same damn song. Let's get some variety.

Cox owns the station, and KISS is getting their ass kicked by KZEP ever since the more accurate ratings system came out.
Cox will probably flip it to help drain some listeners from KZEP.

it they're smart, it'll be more like a true alternative rock station like 101x in austin, then they'll just run kiss more like what it really is, a hair rock station for old people that can compete with kzep. they already play half the same tunes, and lisle and haughn are like supre old already, no need to compete with the youngin's when you're already the old guy.
but it'll probably be something stupid like all norteno all the time.

i didn't say i was the hugest fan of 101x, just that it would be good business. what we really need is a second hip-hop or latin hip-hop station, but that won't work because they'll site what happened to la calle, which only went down due to poor promotion.
between AM and FM probably 6 or 7.

i think you're confusing tejano with conjunto, or norteno, or banda, or just about anything that isn't in english.
