so hot. was 16 and working at Target at the time.
Not sure if the word music should be associated with any year of the 90s, I personally felt it was the worst decade for any thing original or worthy of any real music awards but that is my opinion maybe i spent less time listening to the radio or maybe I was turned off by Generation X
But I do know three things about music of the 90's............
#1 Most of it is recycled 70s/80s
#2 If you show a 90s music lover the original band that first played the song that their favorite 90s group is now playing on the radio you will get a very mean and evil look and you could lose a friend or maybe get involved in some sort of confrontation.
The 90s music lover is young 22-29 they have a chip on their shoulder sometimes so lay low before you criticize or critique their music taste, (or lack of)
and #3 when you tell them to produce something great it's usually Nirvana or some RAP LP, in fact RAP may have saved the 90s as you can see from all the RAP youtube links posted in this topic.
But before anyone here starts to teabag me I am one of the few posters at ST that still admits I liked Creed and Bush and saw them live, how many you know who can still man up and do that ?
So please keep that in mind before you label me as another 90s music hater, don't confuse my 20 years of music listening under my belt as a bad thing, It's experience talking,... you should embrace my feedback. I'm sure there are many 70s/80s songs and bands That I am very embarrassed to admit I listened to also.

how did this thread go this long without NBN?
Beat you to it on the first page.I throw another one in there though.
Speaking of things that haven't made it on the thread yet...no Tupac? He's a little overrated IMO but man that voice was so damn hard.
C'mon now...
Champagne Supernova...I haven't thought about that song in forever. Good addition.
Great Song!
