i miss brent bruce & rob .... the 3point shot agaisnt dallas game 7 i still remember it like it was just yesterday we cud have been back to back champs that year ...i believe baby lets get this playoffs started
Ugh I can't watch that shot or Timmy's jumper over Shaq in 2004 without thinking of the disasters that happened immediately after them... the two most heartbreaking losses in Spurs history.

That pass to Malik was insane!

We will never see another Manu, his game is just way too unique.

One play thats missing and hardly gets mentioned...Manu's first clutch basket in the playoffs. His three pointer in game 2 against the Suns in 2003 with under a minute left with the number 1 seed Spurs clinging to a one point lead against the 8th seeded Suns who were a terrible matchup for us and had already beaten us in game 1 and just had a 7 point lead in the 4th. That shot was HUGE.

Hahaha I have an insane memory for all things Spurs post 2002. And that game stuck with me because I remembered thinking I wanted to play the Lakers and it felt like it wasn't even gonna get to that point and we were gonna lose to an 8th seed.

the 3 that manu hit against the mavs to put us up three in game 7 in 2006 was painful to see, but it makes me think: no matter the results, this team has done some beautiful things together.

That was the second greatest moment for me as a Spurs fan after the win in game 7 against the Pistons. Just all the thoughts that rushed through my head (3-1 comeback, 20 point comeback, beating Cuban, beating JET). Too bad it ended horribly.

Manu's probably on the top 5 list of highlights from NBA players of the past decade..he'd give a run for #1..

Off the top, I can only think of Carter and maybe Kobe that might be ahead of him from a highlights-standpoint for this decade IMO..Josh Smith? Iguodala?..Manu has a great case..

I rememebr the "and 1" versus the spaghetti man was REALLY needed. The mavs were very tough to beat in that series.

Wow, it's already 7 years passed and now they are teammates.
