Hopefully this can become a series of thoughtful discussions regarding racial stereotypes that, as far as I can see, are usually true.

Why are black coaches generally worse coaches than white coach? Mike Brown is only a coach because Lebron likes having a pussy on the sidelines who can't stand up to him, Alvan Gentry is maybe the worst coach in the NBA (other than Don Nelson), Doc Rivers lucked into a great but other than that has an abortion of a coaching career, and Avery Johnson can't get a job to save his life.

it's because blacks are generally a dumb race. how many technological innovations have africans come up with throughout history? they still live in little straw huts in ty villages with aids if not for the white man bringing about modern day civilization. why should coaching basketball, a chess match of X's and O's, be any different?
