One of the only moves Obama has made that I am in direct opposition to.. why did Obama take it upon himself to put our census votes in partisan hands?
What's also weird is I haven't received one, and neither has literally ANY of my family or friends that I've spoken with.
Let's hope red states don't get ed.

It's obviously a conspiracy to keep you from being counted by the government thereby rendering you non-existent.
And my friends and family. I'm pretty sure they sample, just thought it was an interesting note.

President Obama is not the executor of the census. The House of Representatives are, but law lists the delegated executor as "The Secretary." Who this is? Don't know. Somewhere else probably defines which of the several secretaries. The House of Representatives are charged with the law. Like all law, the senate and president still must agree. The current census law is last updated 1/5/09. Last major change was sometime before 1980. President Obama is just a talker. We all know that. He doesn't have much influence in the census by law. Current law:
