If hill is going to play I expect him to start and I expect him to dominate.
GO SPURS GO.
According to Jeff McDonald on his "Courtside with the Spurs" blog, Tony Parker said he's not worried about George Hill and that he'll play in game 1 of the Western Conference playoffs against the Mavericks on Sunday.
"He needs to play," Parker said.

hill starts and dominates kidd...
parker off the bench to rape barea's midget ass![]()
That is encouraging. Tape that foot up tight, Georgie!
Thank God Hill Will play!
Um.. It's the playoffs? Ever heard of "if it was the playoffs he would play"?
just cuz tony parkers says so doesnt mean anything. If it was Pop or brunghardt or even will sevening then it would be atleast credible.
still waiting for confirmation on this from something more than second hand info. it would be nice to have someone to guard terry though.
It sounds like Parker is making a point that Hill should not be a wuss and play through it. lol
i don't know if i missed something but has parker been permanently relegated to the bench? i thought it was a temporary thing but he doesn't seem to be returning.
Thanks for this update. I'm sure a lot of folks are concerned.
Great news. I believe the backcourt of Manu and Hill should be very dominant. They'll keep the pressure on the Mavs.
Maybe him and Manu traded spots as super sixth man?
Of course he needs to play, he's only 23 one of the youngest on the team and probably younger than most of the fan base in town. I don't know what that means exactly, but I guess, if there was any player that should/could "play through an ankle tweak" it's the young x-factor on a small contract that's not really a part of the "big 3". I'm not saying play him until his foot falls off, but if he can apply pressure, run, and jump with minimal to no pain than play him. Even spot minutes is better than none.
Great great news, but the news I expected to hear as well..![]()
from what I saw the last game temple can take care of Kidd
They showed him on KSAT during practice (a couple of seconds) even taking a shot, didn't seem to be limping while he was walking, but on the jumpshot he didn't jump very high.
So hopefully each day the ankle will improve more.
Fixed.
Jason Kidd plays for the Mavericks? I thought he retired.
I thought so...H is for Hydrotherapy. E is for Exercise. M is for Massage.
That plus a lot of ice, a walking boot, and some time = GHill is good to go and that should mean...FULL OUT!
If he's limping, it's only from a solid tape job and nothing else. He'll be ready to slay!
