I've considered it.Nothing like being 6 inches off the water (kayak) back in the marshes with big ass reds trailing 2 feet from your ass on a stringer.
I've only seen a gator out there one time. Still creeps me out though.

Are you in a boat? You can legally have a gun in your personal dwelling or vehicle, so a boat should count, no?

thanks for the link. i fouhnd last night the provision for carrying guns while in boats and i think it basically said it is ok. i have the link saved on my other computer and will post it if i think about itlater.
