The game's being played at our pace which is a good thing. Hopefully the Suns will cool off some from the 3 point line.
Damn phoenix is on fire right now from 3pt land. Other than that I'm happy, hopefully we can adjust and get this first game.

Coming into this game, I didn't even think the Blazers had a chance at winning a game. That has just changed...
Charles is being stupid if he thinks nobody in Portland thinks we can win.
Honestly its going to be hard with or without roy.. but of the 3 teams we could of faced being phx, utah and dallas I believe this was our best shot. We do a pretty good job at defending them and if we play at our pace we have a great shot to get some w's. A lot of people wrote these guys off with roy down, I'm hoping that just makes the rest of the team play that much harder. I'm not sure how long we can keep amare on lock for but so far so good. Just got to defend the perimeter better.
I can guarantee you one thing: the Suns will not finish this game with 38.6% or worse FG shooting.
They're shooting 47% from 3. Hopefully that goes down a bit.
Suns are out of sync. Not taking advantage of Portland's switching defence, not scoring on transition and allowing them to dictate the tempo.
Andre Miller and LaMarcus Aldridge have negated most of Nash's and Amare's contributions. Marcus Camby has dominated the other big man spot. The starting wing players are fairly even and so too are the backup wings. An interesting matchup in the backup guard spots with two high-octane scorer with low IQ Bayless/Barbosa and the heady all-around Dragic. Phoenix has a good advantage on the backup big men slots.
Portland is only 6/7 deep though so their bench is going to be vulnerable in this series. Phoenix's bench has played well this season and should have a good advantage in this series. I think that's going to be the decisive factor even if the Suns can't get the transition game going.
BATUM IS A DEFENSIVE MONSTER.
Hopefully alot lol
That last question to Chuck was cold blooded
LOL at the Amare is the greatest thing since slice bread threads ...
Seriously I was expecting Amare to beast as well ...
If it doesn't cost too much, Portland should go after Joe Johnson this offseason. He could make them a potential contender.
Impressed with Blazers win or lose. If lakers played this hard more consistently we would go 16-2 on the way to a repeat ...
Roy already has a back up in rudy :p
But why they have Roy he is BETTER than Kobe. No need.
Besides his KNEE problems is a "non-issue" .
Why is that a foul on Batum??? LOL!
Are my eyes deceiving me or is Amare Stoudemire actually giving an effort on defense?
Still not rebounding, but he's challenged shots more than a couple times. Color me shocked.
Yea him and webster both did a good job on him so far.
Amare out early. Gentry must want him to play with the second unit.
I wish Webster was on Lakers,he would be perfect for us. Good Shooter and defender
Still close going into the 4th quarter. All we want is a chance to win.
Time for the Suns' bench to step up again, and get some separation.
He and Batum are great wings to have on the team.
