First off, not having a CS phone number I can call when someone hacks my Apple ID from iTunes is the dumbest I've ever heard of.

Second, since I can only contact Apple via email, why the does it take over 2 days, and waiting, to get a reply? You know what would alleviate this problem? A ing phone number I could call.

And AT&T, too. I shouldn't have to talk to seven different CSRs to cancel service on a simple landline. And no, you ing morons, I don't want U-Verse.

    That is all.

I would call tech support and ask to be transferred to customer relations. they should be able to contact iTunes for you.

If you ask to speak to CR, or say you have a complaint, they should transfer you.
