My God. I thought for a nanosecond that Antoine Carr had returned.
Looking at the dogs of war who didn't play well in Game 1, and how they performed in Game 2...
Jefferson, big improvement. Lead dog...
Bonner, not bad improvement. Regular dog...
Mason. Still nothing. Should be put down.
Bogans. DNP. Apparently the Centerpiece has already been put down...
My God. I thought for a nanosecond that Antoine Carr had returned.
We've had our history of Big Dogs.
Bogans may come in useful against other teams.. it just a bad matchup situation for him vs. the Mavs.
My exact thought. Obviously if we get to the Kobes (which we should probably call the Gasols... I think losing Pau would be worse for them than losing Kobe)... he will be out there on Kobe pretty much all the time. And you may see him on Melo if we get past the Mavs.
If I were Pop I would be keeping him in my back pocket for a surprise look vs. Dirk, of the "pester the out of him and come with the double on the move" variety.
If we play The lakers down the Stretch, I can See Bogans Gettin Alot of PT...
Our bench is not the "Dog Pound".
That is reserved for the Spurs' '91-92 bench players:
Antoine "Big Dog" Carr
Jud "California Dog" Buechler
Sidney "Overpaid Dog" Green
Tom "Splashtown USA Dog" Copa
C'mon. Know your history!

I am well aware of my history. But you put dogs in the dog pound so it was the best name for the group Pop was referring to.
