Just to play devil's advocate, in the kitchen when you handle raw meat, it would save you from getting salmonella on the soap pump. And if I put one in the bathroom, my kids would probably actually USE soap occasionally.
Just incase you don't always wash your hands good enough I assume.
I'd like one if it would be cheap enough.
I can see a couple of uses:
1) My hands would be slippery so when i push down on the pump sometimes I put too much pressure on the pump to keep my fingers from slipping and end up causing the whole container to slide out from under my hands.
2) It's tidy. You don't have to worry about the soap dripping from the nozzle causing all those dried up soap in that area that you would have to later clean.
3) Simply because I hate pumping.
I think I just convinced myself to buy one of these suckers lol.
I just like the idea of the soap dispenser itself staying a bit cleaner---if my hands are dirty enough to require washing with soap, why would I want to be touching anything that I'd have to clean later?

You don't need a no-touch soap pump. No one does.
That doesn't mean it wouldn't be convenient, though.
Why don't we all just live in plastic bubbles?
