The Mavs. Game 1 of the Portland series is evidence that this team still lacks what it takes to get over the hump. I'd expect the Spurs to win in 6 should the two teams play.
I hope you are not talking about Hill, Parker, Blair, Temple, Jefferson, Bogans, Mahinmi and Hairston because I believe they are all under 30

Was Tony playing that last game the Spurs played on the road when they got blown out by the Suns?

This list probably helps your argument more![]()
hahaha oh I love this forum. Couldn't go a day of work without it Lol. Suns fans wanting the Spurs is kinda ballsy but I can respect that. I wanted the Mavs myself as a Spurs fan. I'll be completely distraught if the Mavs do beat us again but will be EXSTATIC if we win.
Accept that the spurs are a year and a half younger... and younger teams very rarely win rings...
Not sure what you're saying....I said that helped his argument more because it depicted the fact Phoenix is noticeably younger than SA. Once again, I don't want the Spurs. I didn't expect the Suns to make the 2nd round and this is the first time since 2006 that the Suns have actually surpassed expectations. That'll get completely ruined if they lose to the Spurs again.
I should be confident about playing the Suns, but there's only so many times Tim Duncan can hit a 3, or Richardson can blow a wide open dunk.
Be careful how you choose Sun fan. This will be the last year that you will be in the playoffs for some time as Amare takes the cash from the east coast. Choose the wrong team and go home for a long, long time. That is of course if you get past Portland. Choose wisely.
This makes tons of sense since Phoenix can offer Amare way more guaranteed money than any of these East coast teams you speak of.
there's no way to hide nash if pop fields parker, hill, manu and rj. he'll be a turnstile again as usual.
If the Spurs beat the Mavs, I want the Suns...I would like to beat Portland since they swept us, but it wouldnt be nearly as fun as ending the Suns season yet again. I love the misery the Spurs have bestowed upon the Suns.
If Roy is healthy then I would choose the Suns too.
Portland has a bigger and better defensive front court. At least they have Camby and a big forward like Batum.
There is no way the suns can stop Parker or Manu.Where is Raja Bell? and who is going to be on Duncan? There's not a Kurt Thomas (who did well in 2007) or Shaq. Amare?.
We lost the first two games at home before we could even get Joe Johnson back from injury.
No, I'm saying that we'll have more motivation/energy against the Spurs than against the Mavs.

Spurs' average age is 26.5
Great point.
Losing to the Mavs would be uneventfull.
I hope the next round is Spurs and Suns. We'll get to crush the Suns' le dreams yet again. We own the Suns in the playoffs so badly, it's almost like picking on the re ed kid.![]()
I can't believe the Sarvar troll passed this up.
