With the way his nose took on fluid after contact NASA will have to track this new appendage. It has reached critical mass and may be changing tidal patterns. This in turn changes the pattern of ocean currents and yes, then climate change.
Its highly possible Manu's nose is an environmental disaster. What if it blows? Airline routes diverted due to snot filled jet engines... Huge implications beyond basketball...
Imagine the above is the earth, only spinning at a 23 degree inclination. Now put a use huge nose on that yellow fellow. The earth tilts off its axis. I dont think I need to go on.
